Food throughout the day.

So, I’ve been trying to take care of myself as of late. You know…with age comes great responsibility and health is one of those things that one has to keep an eye on.
So I decided to research what I eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Needless to say I’m curious to see the results.
Mind you, I think my diet is that of the average person who does not count what he eat, but rather enjoys what he digests.

1. Hardees Burrito (pic below)

This baby only contains 920 calories and 60 grams of fat.

Plus a regular sized treat of hash rounds which has a merely 350 calories and 22 grams of fat. And lastly, a regular cup of orange juice at 150 calories.
Making my breakfast total of 1420 calories with 82 grams of fat.

2. For brunch I like to take it easy.
A Maple Bacon Donut.(Below)

Isn't this tasty. I think this would be what a cop can call a heavenly creation. To help digest this I go to Starbucks and order a Java Chip Frap.

which only contains Calories 460 and 12 grams of fat.

3. Around 4 is when I really get hungry and crave a man's meal.
There's a Macaroni Grill around where I live, so on my way back I like to pick up a Spaghetti n Meatballs with meat sauce from there. OMG! I'm in heaven. They also pour the proper amount of cheese.

This is only 2,430 calories and has 128 g fat.
Plus...What the best part of this? DESERT. I love brownies a la mode. Chocolate, fudge, ice cream, nuts, cold meets warm. Arghhh! Insatiable.

That only has about 1400 calories and 70g of fat. So it's just about the meal size and I ask for a diet soda just to keep things in perspective.

4. Now for dinner I like to take it easy.
Around 8 I get hungry again and I can't really eat too heavy because I get indigestion and can't sleep properly.
So I usually go for a Jamba Juice Chocolate Moo'd Power Smoothie.

I like to get the regular size since anything bigger than that I can't really enjoy.
It has a mere 634 calories and 142g of sugar. So it packs in energy in case I go jogging. Though Jamba is just 3 blocks away and I can exercise by walking there.

That's usually what I go for during the week. Obviously, I don't eat the same thing every day, but you can see how I do eat the required 4 tasty meals a day.
