T-Mobile to credit Sidekick users for server issues


Today T-Mobile USA tweeted it would credit Sidekick users a free month of data service for the connectivity issues they've had with their server.

The issue, which was reported last Thursday night, has continued through today. Some Sidekick owners have been fortunate enough to regain some of their data features back. However, there is no ETA on when the problem will be solved.

According to a forum post from T-Mobile, "T-Mobile is working very closely with Danger/Microsoft to resolve the issue as quickly as possible."

T-Mobile went on to write customers will automatically be credited a month's of data service charge without having to call in.
