Sony A7R: Los Angeles, Rodeo Drive, and Santa Monica

From here on, I used the Sony A7R with the Minolta 58mm f/1.4

Recently, for work, I had to take a three day trip to the City of Angels. California has always appealed to me. Its climate is beautiful, they are in the forefront of a lot of new technology, and it's just a state that offers a lot.

I decided to pack a bit light for this business conference and make space for my gear.

I took:
Sony A7R
Sony 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 FE OSS

Sony 35mm F2.8 Sonnar T* FE ZA

Minolta 58mm f/1.4 (35mm lens from the 60's/70's)

One thing I must confess to, is that I did not take my sensor cleaning kit with me. As soon as I got off the plane and tried to take a photo, the condensation from the heat fogged up the lens and sensor. For most all of these shots, I had a dirty sensor. I think they came out rather well.
Also, I didn't make use of the Sony 35mm lens. I was more focused on using the Minolta 58mm as it has become one of my favorite lens to use.

A special thanks to all the people in the conference who made this trip a joy. Also, to Johana for her hospitality and driving skills. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to show us around.
